- Are the walls being smooth finished? If so what is the material being used?

- What are the types of wirings used in different rooms?
- What are the types of switches used?
- Any other extra electrical fittings in offer?
Plumbing:
- What is the piping system used internally and externally?
- What are the pipes used for hot and cold water?
- How is sewerage being sent out?
Interiors:
- What are the interiors being given in this price?
